The Wenatchee River Institute (WRI) and the North Central Washington Audubon Society (NCWAS) are pleased to announce the 24th annual Leavenworth Spring Bird Fest, taking place May 14–17, 2026, during peak spring bird migration in North Central Washington with expanded programming, free community events, and birding for all levels.
An annual celebration of birds, conservation, and community, Leavenworth Spring Bird Fest brings together birders of all experience levels, families, artists, educators, and conservationists. The festival offers guided field trips, educational workshops, art, music, and hands-on activities, while highlighting the importance of land and bird conservation across the region.
Enjoy the unforgettable vast array of returning migratory birds in the midst of the peak wildflower season in the incomparable natural beauty of North Central Washington’s Wenatchee Valley.
